	Fusion-ICT are located in both the West and East Midlands specialising in delivering ITQ, Customer Service and Management qualifications using innovative virtual training technology. Our initial ESF funded project engaged 3000 employers across the West Midlands to register for the www.coursefinderwm.co.uk training provider web site we developed for the LSC. Following on from this success Fusion-ICT then successfully recruited 405 employed candidates to complete their Level 2 ITQ using technology that meant candidates didn’t have to leave their desks to join the virtual classrooms; a benefit appreciated by both employers and employees. Now delivering mainstream Train to Gain funding, in addition to further ESF funded projects at ITC Level 3 and Customer Service Level 3 Fusion-ICT are keen to share their success in the West Midlands with other nearby regions and would welcome the opportunity of extending their reach into the East Midlands where our Head Office is located.

Training Delivery Covers:


ITQ Training under ESF and Train to Gain. ITQ is the Qualification for IT Users which demonstrates staff competence in the use of IT in the workplace. Fusion-ICT offers it at levels 2 and 3. ITQ is primarily aimed at IT users and not professional IT staff such as engineers and developers. ITQ was developed by employers for use in the workplace and has the full backing of a number of awarding bodies. It has been in use in all sectors of business and industry for 3 years. Customer Service This qualification will ensure that all of your staff are trained in how to look after your customers, ensuring that all customers receive a positive interaction with your organisation regardless of who they come into contact with.
