TRAINER/ASSESSOR – FOR IT - £18,000 – £22,000 pa, full time plus bonus depending on performance. However short term contract based work may also be considered.
The successful applicants need to have excellent communication skills and be flexible in taking on a diverse workload. Most of our training is instructor led classroom based but delivered virtually to candidates desks using innovative training technology to help candidates through the qualification.
In addition to delivering training, both virtually and some on-site classroom based, the successful applicants will also need to support candidates through the training / assessing journey with 1:1 consultations reviewing the evidence they are submitting for the qualification and advising on appropriate training and development to get them through.
Ideally applicants will already be trainers, have the A1 assessor qualification, IT literate and familiar with the ITQ qualification and other NVQ based qualifications.
TELEMARKETING & CUSTOMER SERVICE - £7 per hour, flexible hours - full time or part time plus excellent bonus average of £500 per month.

We are looking for someone who has an excellent telephone manner and has ideally worked in a telemarketing role previously.
The role involves contacting employers and informing them about training provision that is available for their staff and discussing how the relevant qualification can help them improve their business performance.
In addition to recruiting new employers and candidates you will be expected to offer a high level of customer service to existing customers and be able to talk to them professionally about the qualifications that are on offer, feedback on how their candidates are progressing and discuss up selling opportunities with them.
IT TECHNICAL APPRENTICES - salary depending on experience, full time position – We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can assist with in-house technical issues and support our clients with the technology required to under go our training and assessing. Must be a good communicator and confident on the phone.
